Great to know your ok and doing well up your end of the country.. All is well this end just extremely busy as always.. Training is hard but then i would not want that any other way lol... Just getting ready for the September gradings etc and then hopefully the Demura Sensei Seminar in October... So yep, everything is great this end. Not sure you would want to hug Simba though lol.. He is huge now lol....

I've just moved to Maidstone, and I am interested in taking up karate, to keep fit mainly. I have never tried it before, however I am fairly fit and did taekwondo years ago and really enjoyed it.
I was just wondering if it would be possible to come down and join a class for beginners.
